Mount Harmon Plantation Revolutionary War Reenactment 29-30 October 2016

The British Marines co-hosted a revolutionary war reenactment at Mount Harmon Plantation this past weekend with the site and the 1st New Jersey Regiment.  The weather, albeit windy, was perfect.

The event was held for two days with battle reenactments, camp demonstrations, shopping at the sutlers tents, tours of the mansion and various out buildings, and a scrapple making demonstration.  All-in-all a very successful event at an extremely gorgeous historic site.

We'll be looking to sponsor a national event at Mount Harmon in 2018.  More to come.

Good battles both days, featuring on-going patrols and a march out Sunday turned back by the rebels.
