The Marines (and assorted accompanying rebels) spoke to hundreds of tourists Saturday at George Washington's Mount Vernon. The talks included musket firing demonstrations (always a crowd favorite, and the men love cleaning their weapons after), little known facts about George Washington and various rebel leaders, and how the soldiers lived and fought during the war.
